I am searching for PhD students to officially begin in Fall 2025 and Fall 2026 at UCCS. I am also seeking Master's/undergraduate students to collaborate with me remotely or onsite at UCCS.

Ideal candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Strong Foundations: A solid understanding of operating systems, C programming, and computer architecture.
• Interest in Security: Prior experience or strong interest in system design, software security, or network security.
• Passion for Learning: A willingness to learn and a passion for addressing complex security challenges.
• Hands-On Skills: Familiarity with security tools or techniques (e.g., reverse engineering, binary exploitation, or secure coding practices) is a plus.
• Relevant Experience: Participation in CTF competitions, relevant coursework, or personal projects related to system or software security is highly valued.
